To begin with, you most likely have a strong opinion in your mind that the agency takes money from you, and in return you get a vacancy and help with employment.
Most often this is the case, but not in our case. The Liveme recruitment agency is looking for employees specifically for the LiveMe application. We work officially, the company knows about us and pays us a salary for finding new hosts in the application. As you can see, we do not send you through referral links to receive a percentage of your income, as is usually done in affiliate programs. Liveme does not have an affiliate program, so it’s not worth it to be afraid that we will take some of your money from you. Whether you work for Liveme with or without an agency, your income from viewers will remain the same. Your main advantage of working through an agency is to receive a bonus, namely a 2-fold increase in your income.
You have a natural question, why would the Liveme agency suddenly pay you a bonus, why without an agency you can’t immediately receive double income?
The answer is quite simple, the company shares part of the profit with the agency in order to focus on the development of the application’s functionality, and the cost of finding employees is passed on to us.
We find you, train, support and transfer to the company for official employment ready-made, trained leaders who clearly understand what needs to be done. By the way, the main part of the training is the materials on this site, read carefully, you can find a lot of useful, unique information taken from personal experience. In return for suitable employees, the company pays us remuneration from its profits.
To understand if you are suitable for a job as a presenter or presenter in Liveme, there is a casting. At the casting, the company checks whether we have found worthy leaders for it to pay them bonuses or if you are not suitable. If you do not fit, then you will be able, as before, to receive money from the support of viewers, withdraw them to payoneer, but no more than that. You will not receive a monthly salary for agency employees, your broadcasts will be deprived of regular support, which means that you will have much fewer viewers than you could have. We have a closed community of leading agencies, where not only the presenters help, but the presenters themselves support their colleagues, receive the latest news, educational materials and help in solving problems. You won’t be running contests that are only available to official hosts, such as New Star1 and New Star2, where you are guaranteed to get good money without much effort. Participation in the Global Show is available only to official hosts and you cannot sign up there without an agent. Remember, you don’t pay us anything, we pay you a salary. With our help, you will pass the casting without any problems, just spend and save 2.5 hours of broadcasts and a separate one for 30 minutes for casting. At the beginning of the recording for the casting, they told a little about themselves, then they showed something interesting, talked with the audience and that’s it, the casting is ready. Everything is very simple, and you don’t lose anything if you just try, it won’t work and it’s okay, no one will say a word to you if you stop working for your own personal reasons.
Being in the Liveme agency does not oblige you to anything, if you do not fulfill the plan, you will not receive bonuses. The plan for the month is to do at least 15 days for 2 hours a day and get from viewers from 10,000 diamonds per month.
