While working at Liveme, you will sometimes have technical problems that the agency cannot help with, and in order to sort out the situation, you will need to write a letter to Liveme support. We can help you compose a letter in such a way that you are understood correctly and agreed to solve your problem. Write the text of the message in any language, but preferably in English. Liveme support service can answer your question within an hour, or it may take several days.

- First, go to your profile menu, it’s a button in the lower right corner and click on the image of headphones with a microphone at the top.

2. Click on Review. You may have to wait a bit or press a few times. This button does not always work immediately.

3. Write in detail about your problem, attach a photo if required. If the photo does not want to be loaded, then reduce its size in the photo editor. Specify the email address where the notification with the answer will be sent. If your mail is not gmail, then you may not receive a response notification. In any case, do not really count on the notification, and sometimes go to see the answer as shown in the next paragraph.

4. By going to the History tab, you can see the status of your request and the response to it. Status New means that your message has not yet been read. In Processing, it means that your question is being dealt with and the answer will definitely be, but you have to wait. Completed means that your question was closed by the moderator because they thought they solved your problem, even if they didn’t.
