A contributor subscription is a feature allowing users to pay a monthly fee to follow their favorite authors. Subscribers can enjoy special perks offered by the platform and the author, potentially gaining more attention from the author. Subscriptions require purchase with platform-specific coins, with costs detailed on the subscription page.
How do you subscribe?
Subscriptions can be made through several locations including the author’s profile page, during broadcasts, direct messages, and on the author’s premium stream login page. By clicking the subscribe button, you will be redirected to the subscription page where you can choose a subscription plan, select a payment method, and pay for the subscription to access your benefits.
You can opt for a one-time purchase for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, or select a renewable subscription. Each subscription month is 30 days long. If you choose a renewable subscription, the necessary fees will be automatically deducted from your account before the end of each subscription month. Please ensure sufficient funds for auto payments.
How can you cancel subscriptions?
Refunds are not available, so it’s advisable to let your subscription run until it expires. If you cancel a one-time subscription, you will retain your benefits and privileges until the end of the current subscription cycle with no refund for cancellation. If you cancel a renewable subscription, your current month’s benefits and privileges will remain until the end of that month. Once canceled, your subscription will not auto-renew, and you will need to manually resubscribe if desired.
What are the benefits and privileges for subscribers?
Subscribers enjoy various perks such as an exclusive animation played when they subscribe or renew their subscription in the author’s broadcast room. Subscribers also receive a unique badge in the author’s broadcast room, an exclusive entry message when they enter the author’s room, and can apply to join exclusive sub-groups created by the author. Subscription revenue
When users subscribe to an author, the author receives a certain amount of non-cash subscription revenue that can be withdrawn or used on the platform. The cash value of the subscription revenue is subject to platform adjustments. The platform reserves the right to review authors’ subscription income and, in the case of rule violations, confiscate earnings.
Service Suspension
Authors and users found in violation of community guidelines or relevant laws and regulations may be barred from providing or receiving subscription services. Benefits gained from inappropriate conduct will be forfeited.
