The administrator can only block logged in users.
The superadmin has great powers, such as muting the sound (in a beam for example), blocking forever, removing users from the air, setting up 6 default responses in the broadcast room (I myself did not understand what it was about), getting stars every week to use them in help your broadcast.
A leader with any level can appoint an administrator, but a superadmin only from level 30.
I remind you that in the menu where the admin is assigned, there are buttons: turn off the chat, delete, block forever and complain. With their help, you can decide for yourself whether a person deserves punishment or your admin is just having fun blocking everyone in a row, donors, friends, new users, it doesn’t matter to him who to block.
