How to detect LiveMe robots?

What are Liveme robots?

During your broadcast, did a viewer request a non-existent song, ask you to tell a joke, or wish you a Merry Christmas in mid-August? These are robots. Robots or “bots” are fake accounts created by Liveme that flood every stream. Sometimes they comment in the chat.

Why did Liveme create these bots?

Shrug, I don’t know. Liveme doesn’t say, but here are a few likely reasons:

1.Bots give newcomers the feeling that they have a lot of viewers. If newbies really see how few real people come to their stream, some of them will be discouraged and leave (hold on newbies…your streams will get better).

2. Bots are trying to start a conversation. That’s why they put random statements and questions in the chat. They want to make you talk.

Why you should recognize bots in your broadcasts

Bots say random things. So if you don’t know how to ignore them, they will confuse you and disrupt the conversation on your broadcast.

If you are busy chatting with bots, you may miss the comments of real viewers.

6 Ways to Recognize Bots

1. As mentioned earlier, bots make strange random statements. “Regular coffee or espresso?” “What would you do if you were president for one day?” “Hope you had a happy holiday season.” “Be right back”. “Can I get a birthday greeting?” There is a huge list of strange things they say.

2. They NEVER follow the host, like or share the broadcast.

3. The profile picture is usually a professional photo, some weird graphics, or no picture at all.

4. As a rule, they have a lot of followers, but they don’t follow anyone.

5. They usually have a very simple username.

6. Their host level (BLv) is 0 because they never broadcast on Liveme.

What to do with bots

Nothing. Just don’t talk to them. And don’t waste your time blocking them. There are thousands, maybe millions. You will never block them all. Just ignore them and have great streams!
