If you need to contact LiveMe technical support, as your agent, I unfortunately cannot resolve issues regarding incorrect operation of the application. If you find my answers incomplete or unclear, please use the following instructions to contact support directly.
Go to your LiveMe application page.
Scroll down to the bottom of the menu where you will see the Feedback icon.
Start typing your question into the search box. The system will probably suggest a ready-made answer to your question. For example, if you are interested in “Are there any bonuses without an agency?”, the system may offer you a solution automatically.
If no suitable answer is found, click on the Feedback button to write a message directly to the support team.
Fill in the blank with your question or a description of the problem. If necessary, you can attach an image (for example, a screenshot of the error).
Provide your email address for feedback.
Send a message.
You will be able to find responses from the support team in the History section, where all your correspondence with support is displayed.
This process will help you quickly and efficiently resolve any technical issues related to using LiveMe.
