The first thing to try is to use the “Appeal” button. Write in English, admitting your guilt, promising not to break the rules again, and add your page id. The chances of success may be slim, but the rules sometimes change and you may get lucky.
The second option is to write a handwritten letter of guarantee in English. In it, apologize and promise not to break the rules again. Take a picture of it and send it to support from another account.
If these methods don’t work, you can try to contact a LiveMe user with VIP status and ask him/her to help unlock your account.
